Step1

① Please fill in the Online Registration form
  - Personal information (name, age, gender, e-mail)
  - The students’ association you are representing
  - Food requirements (e.g. food allergies)

② Both 1st and 2nd phase will be on first-come-first-served based

    until we get to the maximum number of 100 participants

③ If you fill in the online registration, the system will  automatically reply via e-mail the information that you provided. And we will send you an email with your registration number additionally. It just means that we received your online registration. You are not enrolled until you receive the email from the S&YP JWG registration team telling you information about the next step.

④If you are enrolled, S&YP JWG registration team will send you an email with information about the next step.

Step2

Ask a “Confirmation Letter” of Contact Person of your association and send it us within 3 days.
After receiving the email from S&YP JWG registration team, please ask Contact Person of your association for “Confirmation Letter”. And you must send the email back to the registration team (fipseoulsp.reg@gmail.com) with the valid Confirmation Letter (in PDF format) attached within 3 days.
* If you cannot reach CP or you are IPSF Individual Member, ask IPSF Individual Member Coordinator(join@ipsf.org) for your membership confirmation letter

Please note
Subject of letter：your registration number_ confirmation letter (e.g. 001_ confirmation letter)
Please provide

(a) your name

(b) nationality

(c) university, city and country

(d) passport number to your CP to get the confirmation letter.

Failure to send confirmation letter within the stipulated time will result in cancellation of the registration. It means that you need to register again.

*If you are IPSF Individual Member, please provide (a) your name (b) nationality (c) passport number to IPSF Individual Member Coordinator to get confirmation letter.

Step3

① Receive an “Order of Payment”
The S&YP JWG registration team will check whether you are one of IPSF members. After confirming your membership, the team will send you an order of payment.

② Please do payment and send the remittance receipt within 7 days
The fee must be paid within 7 days after we send the payment instructions (weekends included). You are required to pay a sufficient amount of money and cover all bank transfer expenses. If this fails to happen, the Students’ & Young Graduates’ Package Joint Working Group (S&YP JWG) is entitled to demand the participant to pay for such expenses at the event site at the registration. You must send a copy of the bank transfer document to IPSF treasurer(treasurer@ipsf.org) with cc to S&YP JWG registration team (fipseoulsp2017.reg@gmail.com) once you have transferred the full amount.

Please note
Subject of letter : your registration number_remittance receipt, e.g. 001_remittance receipt
Be sure to make your payment in euros.
Please take great care when calculating the amount that you want to transfer. The amount should be the exact amount according to registration phase. Before you transfer, please notify the bank that the remittance should be received in full amount.
International payments will take a few days to be transferred to our account. Do not complete the payment on the last day of the payment due date. Failure to pay within the stipulated time will result in cancellation of the registration. It means that you need to register again.

Step4

Receive a “Confirmation of Payment”
You will receive an e-mail of “Confirmation of Payment” from S&YP JWG registration team within 10 days after you send the remittance receipt. If not, please contact IPSF treasurer (treasurer@ipsf.org) with cc to S&YP JWG registration team (fipseoulsp2017.reg@gmail.com)

Finally, you are officially registered!
